How to change your Kogan nbn™ to a new address.
To arrange a transfer of your Kogan nbn™ service to a new address, contact our Customer Care team on 1300 010 400 (8am - 8pm, 7 days a week). Note Kogan nbn™ is subject to availability at your new address.
What does it cost to change my Kogan nbn™ to a new address?
If the new installation address is a new development, there may be a one-off $300 New Development Fee. (To find out if the New Development Fee would apply to your new premises, call us on 1300 010 400) If a New Development Fee applies, it will appear in full on your next invoice after transferring the service to the new address.
If the new installation address is an existing development, there is no additional charge for installation.
What will happen to my existing Kogan nbn™ contract?
All existing contract terms, conditions and offers will carry across to your new address.
Will there be a disruption to my Kogan nbn™ service?
Although we do endeavour to provide a transfer date that is as close to your preferred date as possible, there will be a disconnection at the old address, and a new installation at the new address, so there may be some disruption to your experience.
If there’s a disruption in my Kogan nbn™ service during the transfer, will I still be charged?
Your prior service will be charged up until the end of the monthly billing cycle during which it was disconnected. Your new service will be charged from the day it is connected.
