You can close your service by calling our Customer Care team on 1300 010 400, 7 days a week (8am - 8pm).
How much will it cost to close my Kogan nbn™ service in contract?
As this is a month-to-month plan, there are no early exit fees for cancelling your Kogan nbn™ service. However, there are also no refunds for the unused days that you’ve already paid for or for the cost of the Kogan Internet Modem.
When will I receive my final bill?
Final bills are issued on the next billing date after disconnection. Your final bill will go to the email address you have registered with us. If you don’t receive your final bill or wish for the bill to be sent to a different email address, call us on 1300 010 400 (available 8am - 8pm, 7 days a week).
Can I disconnect a service if I’m not the account holder?
No. Only the account holder can request to disconnect the service. For more information, check out our support page about calling on behalf of someone else.
