If you wish to stop your account for short periods of time, you can log into your account at https://koganinternet.com.au/accounts, then visit the "Payment Methods" tab and simply click "Remove Schedule" to stop your payments. When you are ready to resume your service, please contact us via the help center and we will reactivate your account.
If your account is inactive for 5 months, the account will be terminated. If this occurs and you wish to use the Kogan 4G Unlimited Home Internet service again, please contact Kogan Internet on 1300 010 400 to create a new account. Our dedicated team is available from 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week.
