What should I do if I forget my password?

If you forget your web management page password:

1. Reset your Kogan Internet Modem to factory default settings.
2. You will be prompted to set a new password using 1-15 characters.

Note: Once the Kogan Internet Modem is reset, the current configuration settings will be lost and you will need to re-configure the Kogan Internet Modem.

If you forget your Wi-Fi network password:

1. The default Wireless Password is printed on the product label of your Kogan Internet Modem.
2. If the default wireless password has been changed, log in to the Kogan Internet Modem's web management page and go to Basic > Wireless to retrieve or reset your password.
