You can reset the Kogan Internet Modem to factory default settings 2 simple ways.
Physically:
With your Kogan Internet Modem powered on, press and hold down the RESET button on the side panel of the Kogan Internet Modem for 10 seconds until all LEDs turn on momentarily, then release the button.
On a connected device:
Log in to the web management page of your Kogan Internet Modem. Go to Advanced > System Tools > Backup & Restore and click Factory Restore. Your Kogan Internet Modem will restore and reebot automatically.
Note: Once the Kogan Internet Modem is reset, the current configuration settings will be lost and you will need to re-configure the Kogan Internet Modem.
