If you cannot access the internet, try the troubleshooting steps below.
Make sure all telephone and Ethernet cables are correctly and securely connected to your Kogan Internet Modem.
Power cycle your Kogan Internet Modem:
- Power the Kogan Internet Modem off
- Check that the cables have been plugged in correctly
- After 2 minutes, power on the Kogan Internet Modem
- Wait for the internet light to turn solid green
Try log in to the web management page of your Kogan Internet Modem using the default address at http://tplinkmodem.net. If you cannot, change your computer settings to obtain an IP address automatically from your Kogan Internet Modem.
Make sure that the VPI/VCI (or VLAN ID), connection type, account username and password are all correct. If they are not, please replace them with the correct settings.
Restore your Kogan Internet to its factory default settings and reconfigure it.
Note: Once the Kogan Internet Modem is reset, the current configuration settings will be lost and you will need to re-configure the Kogan Internet Modem.
