This support article will give you key information about your first Kogan Internet bill.
Kogan nbn™ plans.
Your Kogan nbn™ plan is charged one month in advance.
When you receive your first bill, you may find it’s higher than your plan’s minimum monthly spend. This is because you’re charged for your first month in advance, plus a part monthly charge (on a pro-rata basis) for the period between activation and your first bill cycle date.
For example, if your Kogan nbn™ plan is activated on 14 August and we assign your first billing date as 17 August, you will be charged a proportion of your overall minimum monthly spend for the period of time between your activation date (14 August) and your first bill date (17 August).
This prorated amount will appear on your bill as a ‘Part monthly charge’.
